The Terrace Food Court is a student owned and operated area providing six different franchise options for meals throughout the day. The Terrace provides a variety of selections and offers detailed ingredient menus to ensure that all dietary requirements are met.

In The Terrace Food Court, we have taken great care to provide exemplary service to our customers and owners. The Terrace has made several changes to our businesses and our procedures in the spirit of environmental sustainability, ensuring that we provide a high-quality and low-impact dining experience.

While you are in The Terrace, please consider the options made available to reduce excess waste, use reusable products and properly dispose of and recycle materials.

By working together we can present a more environmentally sustainable Terrace Food Court and we are committed to that goal. Thanks for participating in a greener Laurier!”

Some of our changes include:

Reduce: Travel distances by featuring local foods; water consumption by using High-Efficiency dishwashers and a complimentary Air Water station.
Reuse: China dishware at Union Market and Pita Shack; Plastic fountain beverage cups; Reusable to-go containers; discount for coffee in travel mugs.
Recycle: New stream bins with an organics compost section; compostable Green Shift disposables for all take out products; new Energy Star flooring.
