Venue Bookings

Booking any venue including the Turret, Wilf’s, Athletic Complex, Theatre Auditorium, Maureen Forrestor Recital Hall, Paul Martin Centre, Senate & Board Chamber or any classroom should be done through Catherine Mulvihill, Student Experience Maanger at cmulvihill@wlu.ca, or by calling (519) 884-0710 ext. 2605.

Information on booking classrooms can be found at http://www.wlu.ca/page.php?grp_id=1366&p=14778.  Please make sure you give sufficient notice in order ot ensure that you may use the room.

The Grad Lounge is a great venue to hold events (capacity 60 persons)  To book online please visit www.wlugsa.ca. 

Being a registered Campus Clubs allows you to book the concourse.  Please visit http://onecard.wlu.ca/hub/concoursebookings/bookings.htm for more information on how to do so.  You must fill out a concourse booking form at the Hub in order to obtain a table in the concourse.  As well, you may book out the Hall of Fame through the C-Spot. 

If you are interested in booking out the 24 Lounge for meetings/movie viewings, please contact the Administrative Assistant found in the Students’ Union offices or call (519) 884-0710 ext 3335.

If you wish to serve food at your event, keep in mind that large food quantities can only be served and consumed at Wilf’s, Turret, Grad Pub, Martin Centre, Hawk’s Lounge (Athletic Centre), Senate & Board Chamber.
