Administration

The Administration Department is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and appreciating the over 1000 volunteers and 300 part-time staff that dedicate their time to the Students’ Union every year. The department also serves as a resource for other departments in the areas of hiring, health and safety, volunteer performance, and professional development.

Our businesses provide a wide range of part-time jobs, from bartending and serving to security, in retail and restaurant operations. Some of our businesses, especially those in the Terrace, are looking to hire students throughout the year. Other businesses will hire at the beginning or end of the school year.

Many of the services and events that the Students’ Union provides would not be possible without the tremendous dedication of our volunteers. The Administration Department is proud to help offer such incredible opportunities to a wide range of students and considers it a privilege to help in the professional development and appreciation efforts for the volunteers.

All hiring is performed through www.wlusuhr.com. Simply set up an account, and you can begin applying to both volunteer and part-time positions almost immediately. The website also contains information about our hiring system and a help section.
