Sponsorship

Sponsorship for the Students’ Union is a growing concern in this day and age. Many of our committees and businesses seek sponsorship many times throughout the year. It is crucial that WLUSU begins maintaining a record of all sponsorship in each department. By creating a system where by each committee or business would be required to submit a form in order to seek out and retain sponsorship, our efforts become coordinated and better utilized.

It is important to note that all sponsorship volunteers should be actively seeking sponsorship for their group. When you feel you have found a company/store that you would like to pursue for sponsorship, this is the time when a form would be filled out. It is important to note, that no company should be approached until your application has been approved. The application form will allow each department manager to ensure the company/store you are seeking sponsorship from is the most suitable for your committee. There will be 6 different sections to this application form. Within this section you will find out all the information you need to know regarding the process, what forms to fill out and when to fill them out.
