About Heather
Heather Budd is a 5th year student majoring in Communications with the Administration Option at Laurier Waterloo. She arrived in September 2006 and was a first year student in Clara Conrad Residence. Heather’s first Laurier volunteer experience was through the SLP Upgrade on her House Council team. In second year Heather volunteered with BACCHUS during Orientation Week and throughout the year and in third year volunteered with BACCHUS, WLUSU Hiring Committee and was a participant in Winter Carnival. She also joined the Campus Club AIESEC and further developed her leadership potential in the Alumni Relations portfolio. In fourth year of 2009 she was the BACCHUS Coordinator, a participant in Winter Carnival and volunteered for AIESEC. This year, she holds the position of Vice President: Services in WLUSU, overseeing 8 student coordinators, their executive teams and general members. Heather is very excited about holding this position and further developing the 7 fantastic WLUSU Services. Volunteerism has defined Heather’s Laurier career and she hopes that all students can find their right fit at Laurier. |
