The Board of Directors is composed of 15 elected Directors who are responsible for the long-term strategic direction of the WLUSU, overseeing all of its operations (including the businesses) and exercising good Corporate Governance. In addition, Directors are individually and jointly responsible for all aspects of student representation including setting the lobbying direction the Union takes on behalf of students. Directors are expected to attend all Board Meetings and should reasonably assume a 10-20 hour per week time commitment including meetings.
