F.E.A.T. is charged with managing the experience and evaluation of WLUSU’s volunteers and leads the planning efforts for volunteer appreciation activities. Feedback is gathered from volunteers and employees to help management improve the quality of the experiences WLUSU offers.
Evaluations are conducted to help volunteers understand the quality of their performance and offer assistance in future hiring decisions. Appreciation events and activities help to recognize the tremendous efforts of our volunteers throughout the year.
