About Hiring

•  If you need to schedule a make-up interview (and have a valid reason for missing your original one) please CONTACT THE APPROPRIATE COORDINATOR. All make-up interviews MUST be scheduled through the coordinators to ensure that someone from that committee will be present at the interview

•  If your application says that it is still ’marking’ that means that you fell below the cut-off point for interviews. (We do not officially turn down any applicant until hiring decisions have been made.)

•   If you have specific questions about a committee or position, please contact the appropriate coordinator (e-mail addresses can be found on this website under ’contact’)

•   If you fail to get an activation e-mail (and you have allowed for a 15 minute clearance time) ... wait 48 hours and your account will delete itself and you can sign up again. If there is not 48 hours available to wait, please contact us at staff@wlusuhr.com.
