About Seth Warren: Hi, my name is Seth Warren. I enjoy sailing, basketball, soccer, volleyball, snowboarding and piano among other sports and music. This is my first year on the Board and I am excited and hopeful for the upcoming year.

Program: Bachelor of Business Administration, 2nd year.

Why Seth decided to run for the Board: In high school, I served in the position of Student Council President. So, I entered Laurier with a keen interest in student politics, but also the belief that governance and advocacy should be handled by the more experienced upper years. During my first term, I was fortunate enough to come in contact with a number of students who encouraged me to pursue the interest early in my university career. Four years (or five) goes by quickly, and only by jumping in early will a person have enough time to develop experience and to make a positive contribution. I enjoy Laurier immensely, but like any university, it has its issues. I ran for the Board of Directors so that I would have the opportunity to ensure those issues are addressed appropriately. I look forward to interacting with all of you, and I am extremely excited to advocate on your behalf for the upcoming year. Never hesitate to contact me or any Director with an issue that you feel strongly about - if we can't help, we'll know someone who can.
