University Representation

As the chief representative for all undergraduate students, WLUSU is committed to providing for the needs of students and enhancing student life. WLUSU is an extremely powerful force on the Laurier campus sitting on committees ranging from enrolment growth to the operation of Student Services.

In addition to sitting on various committees, WLUSU participates in the Academic Senate and the Board of Governors by being present at all meetings and in some cases serving on various standing committees. In the past WLUSU has made presentations to the Board and Senate regarding enrolment growth and course evaluations.

As a principle WLUSU believes strongly in working within the system to foster change for students and have developed strong partnerships in many areas of the university.
