Divisional Council of the Faculty of Science

Two undergraduate students from each department with five or fewer full-time faculty members,
Three undergraduate students from those departments with six through fifteen full-time faculty members,
Four undergraduate students from those departments with sixteen or more full-time faculty.

The procedures for identifying students to serve on Science Divisional Council will be carried out at the department level with well-publicized, clear procedures for nominations and elections of students by students. The department administrative unit will be expected to provide the necessary resources and encouragement to ensure that the elections are held in a timely manner.
